Legal Venexter was born from the idea of “Venezuelans abroad.” Founder Andrés Domínguez lawyer and expert researcher, began by supporting migrants in Panama, Hungary, Russia, Spain and Colombia. That grassroots work grew into a full-service Venezuelan law firm paired with a global advisory that blends law, migration & diaspora, and people operations.

We operate remote-first with nationwide coverage in Venezuela, combining legal rigor, applied research and compliance-by-design. We serve individuals and companies inside and outside Venezuela and deliver projects across Europe and Latin America.
